There are several configuration files supplied with UD6/CMTOOL. You do not need to modify the settings in these for a ‘normal’ installation.
They control the behavior of three functions of the UD6/CMTOOL driver:
The location of the files is specified in the ‘config’ parameter in the assignment file, eg:

Steps to installing UD6
| Next Step | Modify ASN [PATHS] and [ENTITIES]. |

| Step 1 | Modify your configuration file(s) to load UD6 DLL. |
| Step 5 | Initialise the UD6/CMtool repository. |
| Step 6 | Prepare repository export. |
| Step 7 | Import repository into UD6/CMtool. |
